Everything that happens to us HAS TO BE someone else’s fault. It seems at every turn, we SUE over the smallest thing.
If you buy a product and use it wrong and get hurt – it’s the manufacturer’s fault – not yours. If there’s an accident – a totally FREAK ACCIDENT – a one-in-a-bazillion happening – we sue because there HAS TO BE SOMEONE ELSE TO BLAME! If you do something totally stupid and get hurt – SUE! God forbid your kid gets hurt on their bike (because they’re being an asshole and doing something totally idiotic) you sue, too!
WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE THESE DAYS?
WHY CAN’T WE ADMIT WHEN WE’VE BEEN DUMB or WRONG and just suck up and take it on the chin?
